AL/XLPE/SWA/PVC Armoured Power Cables are the perfect choice when you need the toughest and most durable armoured cable for power distribution and transmission. Made with a layer of steel wire armoured (SWA), polyethylene (XLPE) thermosetting insulation, and hard-wearing PVC, these armoured cables can withstand twisting, crushing, impacts, temperature extremes, moisture, chemical hazards, and more. Construction

Description: NA2XRY, XLPE Insulated Copper Power Cable

Conductors:Class 1 or Class 2 of plain Aluminum,or of Class 5 of plain aluminum in accordance with IEC 60228.

Insulation:Cross-linked polyethylene XLPE

Insulation Colour:Natural or as required

Filler: Non-hygroscopic Material

Inner Sheath: Polyvinyl Chloride PVC

Reinforcement: Steel Wire

Outer Sheath:Extruded Polyvinyl Chloride PVC&Polyethylene PE&LSZH

Colour of Sheath: Black

Voltage Rating (Uo/U): 600/1000V

Test Voltage: 3.5kV for 5 minutes

Physical Properties

Maximal operating conductor Temperature: up to 70℃（PVC insulation); up to 90℃(XLPE insulation)

Operating Temperature Range: -5℃（PVC or LSZH sheath); -20℃（PE sheath)

Short Circuit Temperature(5 seconds maximum duration): 140℃-160℃（PVC insulation);250℃（XLPE insulation)
